CONSULTATION

To begin our collaboration, you should send a message through the contact page here or directly to my email christine.s.fulgham@gmail.com

Some good things to include in you inquiry are type of session you're interested in, number of people in the session, locations you're interested in shooting at, number of outfits you're interested in wearing, and preferred date for the session.

When I receive your inquiry I will respond, within 48 hours, with the rates for a couple packages that would fit your requests. You can make a selection or we can continue discussing rates and package configurations. If there are any questions, comments, or concerns we will discuss and resolve them.

Travel and outfit changing times are included in the session's booked time frame. 

After we have ironed out the details, we will proceed to the Booking of your session. 


BOOKING

SECURING YOUR SESSION: For booking, a contract will be emailed to you that needs to be signed and returned at the time you pay your deposit.

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit via Venmo or Paypal to reserve your session date/time.

The other half of the session and travel fee is due the morning of the session via Venmo or Paypal.


SESSION DAY

The last 50% of the package and travel fees will be due the morning of the session via PayPal. 

We will meet and begin promptly at your session's scheduled start time and location, so you should arrive ready to begin.

To start, we'll get you comfortable in front of the camera with jokes and by shaking out the nerves. 

We will explore the location(s) you've selected and travel between them while I capture you looking your best. You'll get a peek at some of the unedited images on the camera and we will continue your session.

At the end of the session, you are responsible for gathering your personal things and then we will go our separate ways.

Then. we'll head over to the concluding portion of our collaboration process. 


WRAPPING UP

RETOUCHING: Within the next 7 days after the session concludes, I, the photographer will sort through the photos, select and edit the highest quality photos from the session.

DELIVERY: These edited photos will be delivered through weTransfer to the email addresses supplied on the contract. Only edited photos will be delivered. No unedited or RAW files will be delivered.

Note: The file delivery link will expire after 7 days of being sent. It is recommended to back up your photos because I do not store photos.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/WEATHER

If the weather makes it unsafe to shoot, if my equipment is damaged, or if I am sick then you can apply the deposit towards a reschedule or receive a refund of the 50% of the session's total price. If you cancel or do not show up for your session, the deposit will not be refunded.
